ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದಕರ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ (ಚಾಮುಲ್) 2015 ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಚನೆಯಾಯಿತು ಮೈಸೂರು ಹಾಲು ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದಿಂದ ವಿಭಜನೆ. ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ 2019 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಚಾಮುಲ್ ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿದೆ
ಕುದೇರುವಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಚಾಮುಲ್ನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಡೈರಿ ಘಟಕವು 40 ಎಕರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. 1 ರಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2019 ರಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ 3 ಲಕ್ಷ ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣಾ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ (LLPD), 5 LLPD ವರೆಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. 2 LLPD ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲಿತ ಅಲ್ಟ್ರಾ ಹೈ ಟೆಂಪರೇಚರ್ (UHT) ಘಟಕ, 5 LLPD ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ಎಫ್ಲುಯೆಂಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.
